Aquarius is delighted to announce that Aquarius Test Engineering has been awarded funding from Innovate UK’s Growth Catalyst to accelerate the development of our FlexHandler technology!

Aquarius is very excited to announce the ordering of a new Chroma test system to complement the existing 3680 SOC/RF test platform that was installed in April.

The 3650-S2 has many differentiating characteristics and has been selected to support testing of Power discrete products, DC-DC converters, PMIC, and a range of other power and small Analog and Mixed signal components. The tester is unique in that it can supply isolated, stackable, or ganged resources to support testing at several kV's and 100's of amps. This is a platform designed for Power testing and to support high-throughput parallel test solutions. 

As a result of platform consideration and trials, Cambridge GaN Devices, a fabless semiconductor company that develops a range of energy-efficient GaN-based power devices to make sustainable electronics possible., has selected the Chroma platform for testing its high power GaN portfolio of products. To support UK operations that relate to Production Test development, Characterisation and some internal Qualification requirements, it has signed a letter of Intent with Aquarius Test Engineering to supply UK based Chroma tester access and associated support services.
