Weihao has many years of experience in Photonic IC validation/applications, RF testing and electronics design. He has worked in small start-ups and global manufacturing companies. He has successfully brought up and characterised multiple high-speed Photonic devices , for example Combined Transceivers and linear Transimpedance amplifiers utilised in PON and FTTx applications. For the past three years he has worked as an Application Engineer supporting customers within the EU and Asia .In addition, Weihao has experience as a Hardware Design Engineer where he contributed to the design of consumer electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets and smart watches. He has demonstrated his skills in both lab testing and software coding.
